Living in rural West Lancashire and with being blessed to be able to look out onto countryside from my home, I am lucky enough to see an abundance of nature. I draw on this for my inspiration when creating drawings and painting of small mammals and birds.
I work in a variety of mediums including Oils, Watercolours, Pastels and Pen and Ink. Examples of my work are shown below.

The image on the left shows the progress of a Puffin using watercolours after drawing the initial sketch in graphite pencil. The image on the right is the completed artwork framed in a solid wood real oak frame.

The images above are two examples of my Wildlife Oil paintings. The Robin in progress is painted on wooden panel. The Stag is also painted on a wooden panel set in black frame complete with a card mount.
